My Story

Why choose to work with Mr. Gregory Gray?  That’s an easy answer.  Mr. Gray is deeply passionate about real estate, but more importantly, passionate about helping others.  He lives, eats, and breathes real estate.  

You as a consumer deserve a competent, highly respected, reliable, licensed professional that has your back to diligently and fiercely advocate and negotiate for your best interests.   And Mr. Gray will do just that.  He is trained and well-versed in multiple facets of the real estate industry since 2004.  Mr. Gray has vast knowledge and experience including, but not limited to: mortgage lending, real estate investment, general contracting, home renovations, residential and commercial real estate, and so much more.  Furthermore, he is a seasoned real estate investor that has personally managed or been involved in over 100 properties being flipped. 

Mr. Gray’s humble beginnings in real estate began as a mortgage loan originator right after graduating with his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration many moons ago.  He has also held a Home Improvement Contractor’s and/or General Contractor’s license in Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Maryland.  So in the event you need guidance or advice on renovating, flipping, or contractors,  he’ll be more than happy to assist or steer you in the right direction.  Currently, Mr. Gray is a licensed real estate agent in Maryland, Virginia, and Washinton, D.C.
